Denise Massingale-Lamb is a dedicated advocate for the arts and for artists. Formerly Eastern Council and Assistant Executive Director of the Directors Guild of America in New York City, Denise was responsible for all legal matters, negotiation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements and artist rights and initiatives in the Guild’s Eastern region. Residing in Connecticut for over thirty years, Denise has served on numerous Town of Weston Committees and Boards. She is super delighted to have recently been appointed by Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont to serve on the Council Board. Denise also serves on the Fairfield County Community Foundation’s DEI Leaders team. She enjoys advocacy, curating beneficial partnership alliances, and in the transformative power of the arts. Most of all, she is committed to making the lives of others better.
